Promises we can define.
Resource limits, backup retention, maintenance duties, email arrangements and support scope belong in your service agreement. We do not advertise unlimited resources or a universal response-time guarantee.

Tell us what is working, what is difficult and what must not break. The proposal should answer those points before it asks you to move anything.
