Then, agree the routine.
Your proposal defines update handling, checks, backup retention and recovery assistance. A maintenance service is not an unlimited development retainer; redesigns, custom features and third-party licence costs are agreed separately.
Hosting is the foundation. Care is the application work on top. We explain both so you know what you are asking us to own.
Keep the essentials yours.
You retain ownership of your domain and content. Access and handover arrangements are documented. Keep your registrar and external email credentials private; we will arrange a secure way to share any access that is genuinely needed.
